Milestone Rewards (based off earlybird pricing)
After the 4th guest registers: $625+ earned, plus your ticket is FREE
After the 10th guest registers: $1,930+ earned, your ticket is upgraded to VIP, plus 3 free nights at the hotel during the retreat
After the 15th guest registers: $2,895+ earned, plus spa package voucher
After the 20th guest registers: $3,860+ earned, receive a $600 flight credit, plus one airport lounge pass
Payment & Attendance Requirements
I understand that my earnings will be calculated at fifty percent (50%) of the amount my registrants pay after their fifty percent (50%) coupon has been applied. I understand and agree that only registrations completed using my assigned coupon code will count toward my affiliate earnings and milestone rewards. Registrations made without my coupon code, regardless of my referral, will not qualify for compensation. I acknowledge that payment will be made via electronic Visa gift card within twenty-four (24) hours after the retreat concludes on March 23, 2026. I agree that I must attend the full retreat in order to receive all earnings and rewards, and that failure to attend will result in forfeiture of all compensation. I understand that earnings will only be paid for registrants who actually attend the event, and that no-shows or cancellations do not qualify for earnings.
Ticket Commitment
I acknowledge that if I do not reach four (4) paid registrations by March 1st, 2026, I agree to pay fifty percent (50%) of the ticket price using my own coupon code. I understand that my ticket payment is due by March 1st, 2026, if the minimum registration requirement is not met, and failure to make this payment may result in forfeiture of my event attendance.
Partnership Standards
I agree to share only truthful information about the retreat using official website content, marketing collateral provided by the event team, and my personal experience or excitement. I will not make false claims about outcomes that have not been promised by The Beyond Human Method. I commit to maintaining authentic and respectful communication.
Milestone Rewards
I understand that all milestone rewards are based on confirmed and paid attendees who actually participate in the event. I acknowledge that all rewards are non-transferable. I understand that hotel accommodations are subject to availability at the event location, and that flight credit is valid for domestic US flights only.
Program Terms
I acknowledge that if any of my registrants request refunds according to the standard refund policy and/or fail to show at the live event, the associated affiliate earnings will be deducted from my total compensation. I understand that this program may be modified or discontinued at the company's discretion, though existing commitments made prior to any changes will be honored. I agree that this agreement becomes legally binding upon my electronic acceptance.
