How much time do I need each day?
We start with just 5 minutes and increase by 1 minute each day. The videos are brief and practical, designed to fit into your busy schedule. Total daily commitment starts at 10 minutes and gradually increases as you build your practice.
What if I've never meditated before?
This series is specifically designed for beginners while also providing depth for experienced meditators. We start with the basics and build progressively, ensuring you feel confident and supported each step of the way.
What support will I receive?
Beyond the daily videos and meditations, you'll have access to our online community where you can ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others on the journey. Our team regularly provides guidance and support within the community.
What happens after the 20 days?
Many find this series creates such positive change that they're naturally drawn to explore more advanced practices through our other programs. However, you'll have ongoing access to all materials to continue strengthening your foundation.
