Women Organizing for Change: Big Wins and Breakthroughs This Week
This week's energy feels like a real Marie Kondo firehose. It’s a good time to commune with our planners and spreadsheets, and get our sh*t together!!
If you've been feeling inspired to reorganize your life or just generally shake things up, hop on the bandwagon. Women everywhere are answering the call and making big change this week.
Massive street protests are shutting down D.C., groundbreaking court victories are protecting our right to read, and women are reorganizing the political landscape to build new frameworks that actually work for us.
Let's look at how this energy has been stirring in the world.
Women Breaking Records
First Woman to Skateboard Across America:Brooke Johnson completed her 118-day journey skateboarding from Venice Beach to Virginia Beach in memory of her late stepdad while raising money for spinal cord research. She touched the ocean at Grommet Island Park to cheers from supporters after covering thousands of miles on her board.
Pro Softball Pitcher Plays Championship While Pregnant: Odicci Alexander played an entire seven-week championship season while pregnant, leading her team to the finals with a 4-2 record and 20 strikeouts, revealing her pregnancy three days after the season ended. She kept her pregnancy secret to "protect her peace" and the space needed to compete at a high level, now entering her second trimester. This powerhouse performance destroys every myth about pregnancy limiting women's capabilities. We're not fragile flowers, we're unstoppable forces who can literally grow life while dominating our fields.
Political Powerhouses Leading the Way
Nicole Collier Refuses Patriarchal Control: Texas Rep. Nicole Collier (D) is sleeping on the Texas House floor after refusing to accept Republican demands for around-the-clock security escorts, calling herself a "political prisoner" under their "surveillance protocol" following her walkout over gerrymandering. She's been livestreaming her protest while eating, sleeping, and working from the locked chamber, with supporters bringing her food and supplies. This is what resistance looks like.
Anti-Trump Resistance Takes the Streets:Thousands of demonstrators shut down Washington D.C. streets in one of the largest anti-Trump protests since his takeover of the Metropolitan Police Department. The peaceful march stretched about a mile long with minimal police presence and no National Guard intervention. We're STILL not backing down, and we're stronger in numbers.
CA's New Electoral Map Process:Gavin Newsom announced California will become the first in U.S. history to let voters directly determine their own electoral maps through a democratic process. This comes as a direct response to Greg Abbott's gerrymandering attempt in Texas to manipulate congressional seats. When tradition doesn't work anymore, Newsom is creating new pathways to put power in the hands of the people again.
Alligator Alcatraz Shutting Down: A federal judge has just ruled that Florida's "Alligator Alcatraz" detention facility must shut down immediately - they must start dismantling the facility while moving current detainees out. This ruling comes after weeks of documented cruel and unusual punishment inflicted on people held in this facility, with Judge Kathleen Williams making it clear that DeSantis must comply with federal oversight. This shows our judicial system is still working for the people (slowly but surely), even when governors try to overreach their power.
Big Shifts in Women's Healthcare
Florida's Abortion Pill Campaign: Mayday Health is running boat advertisements along St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach promoting the availability of FDA-approved abortion pills. The campaign aims to inform people about options that still exist in a state with a six-week abortion ban.
Maryland Leads Reproductive Justice: Maryland became the first state to tap into an old Affordable Care Act fund to help pay for abortion care. This will allocate up to $2.5 million annually to organizations that assist patients traveling from the 22 states where abortion is restricted or banned. The funds will help cover travel, lodging, and care costs for patients coming from as far as Texas. Maryland is building the infrastructure to ensure no one is denied care because of geography or economics, this is exactly the kind of creative problem-solving we need.
New Breast Cancer Research Uncovered:Researchers discovered that melittin, a peptide in honeybee venom, can destroy aggressive breast cancer cells within 60 minutes while leaving healthy cells mostly unharmed. The compound showed particular effectiveness against triple-negative breast cancer and HER2-enriched cancers—two of the most treatment-resistant forms.
Wins for the Divine Feminine
A Win for the Freedom to Read: A Florida federal court obliterated HB 1069, the law that allowed any single parent to ban books from school libraries based on cherry-picked "sexual content". The judge ruled that students have First Amendment rights to read, that books must be evaluated in their entirety, and that librarians and teachers—not politicians or individual parents—decide what belongs in school libraries.
Catholicism Gets a Divine Disruption: The first female archbishop in the UK, Rev. Cherry Vann, is defending her lesbian relationship, telling critics she's "never heard God say" that loving her partner is wrong. She states biblical strictures only apply to abusive relationships, not loving partnerships. Vann's leadership is shattering centuries of patriarchal religious control.
Why This Week Matters
The beautiful thing about this energy is it's asking us to be both practical AND revolutionary. Get your life organized so you have space to hold the magic. And when we do the inner work of alignment, we become unstoppable forces for change.
Sorting things out now will spare us some chaos down the road, both personally and collectively. So as we move through this reset, remember: The world doesn't need you to get it perfect. Trust that these small adjustments will pave the way for greater alignment and growth in the months to come.
How will you shift this week?

The Founder: Tamara Rose
Tamara Rose is a visionary leader in feminine business transformation who has walked the path from masculine burnout to divine feminine leadership. Her own journey of awakening to feminine power within a masculine business world uniquely qualifies her to guide others through this sacred transformation.
After years of operating in the patriarchal business model—experiencing burnout, health challenges including Graves Disease, and financial struggle, Tamara discovered that true success comes not from pushing harder but from leading from her divine feminine capacities. By reclaiming her feminine essence, she healed her thyroid completely (defying medical expectations), transformed $80,000 of debt into a 7-figure business, and created a life of abundance without sacrifice.
With over 15 years and 20,000+ hours guiding overworked women, Tamara has developed The Sacred Success Code—a proven approach that identifies the generations of patriarchal conditioning, awakens your intuition, and activates your authentic feminine power. Her work isn't about superficial mindset shifts or traditional business strategy—it's about fundamentally transforming your relationship with your self and your success.
Her approach honors both your strategic brilliance and your feminine essence. When you work with her, you enter a new paradigm where hustle is unapologetically replaced by flow, where success and sacred divinity coexist in perfectharmony.
