Matriarchy Rising: Real Community Wins From This Week

This week, we’re seeing a big shift within the collective towards matriarchy energy. Patriarchal structures grounded in "every man for himself", hustling to get shit done, and some weird obsession with property and respect, are falling hard and fast. And a community-centered, caring approach is taking its place (finally). While this shift has been happening in the background for quite some time, we're seeing these movements come to the forefront right now.

Let's look at how matriarchy is stepping forward this week.

Supporting Families and Women's Health

Cash for New Moms in Michigan: In Flint, pediatrician Dr. Mona Hanna-Attisha launched RxKids, a program giving new moms cash payments of $1,500 during pregnancy and $500 a month for the first year after birth. It’s already helping thousands of families, showing that when we invest in moms and babies, the whole community benefits. That’s the kind of care-first thinking that defines the matriarchy. (Source)

Bipartisan Push to Make Childbirth Affordable:

Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle are backing a bill that would have insurance cover ALL childbirth costs without copays. It’s a rare moment of agreement that shows some issues cut across political divides. That’s matriarchy in motion - putting people first, no matter what side you’re on. (Source)

Free Period Products in Pennsylvania Parks:

Pennsylvania’s state parks now stock free menstrual products in bathrooms and visitor centers. No more having to leave a hike early or stress about being unprepared. It’s a simple, commonsense move that makes the outdoors more accessible for everyone. (Source)

Celebrating LGBTQ+ Pride and Inclusion

Jacksonville’s Rainbow Bridge Lighting: Florida's governor tried to ban rainbow bridge lights during Pride Month, but Jacksonville locals had other ideas. They grabbed flashlights and colored gels and lit up the bridges themselves. When one bridge got blocked off, they moved to the next. Talk about creative community spirit. Even when officials say “no,” people are finding ways to celebrate who they are and stand together. (Source)

Puerto Rico’s Gender Marker Decision: In Puerto Rico, the Supreme Court ruled that nonbinary and gender-nonconforming people can now select ‘X’ as their gender marker on birth certificates. This comes after a lawsuit from six nonbinary individuals, and it’s a big win for recognition and inclusion. It’s the kind of change that shows how community-driven efforts can break through old barriers and make space for everyone. (Source)

Transgender Athlete Triumphs Despite Opposition: In California, 16-year-old AB Hernandez won gold in both the triple jump and high jump at the state track championships, despite Trump’s threats to cut funding to the state for allowing her to compete. Even amid protests and threats, AB’s victory is a reminder that young people and their communities can overcome even the biggest political hurdles. (Source)

Fighting for Community Accountability

Rockland County Election Investigation: A group called Smart Elections is challenging the 2024 election results in Rockland County NY. They’ve raised concerns about missing votes and strange vote patterns - like 75% of the population voting for the Democratic senate candidate and 0 votes for Kamala Harris. A judge has agreed there’s enough evidence to dig deeper. (Source)

Tulsa Reparations Plan Moves Ahead:

Tulsa, Oklahoma, unveiled a “Road to Repair” plan to raise $105 million for descendants of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The plan focuses on housing, cultural preservation, and scholarships, a community-driven effort to heal and rebuild trust. It’s the kind of grassroots reparations work that shows how leaders can pave the way to heal our communities. (Source)

Political Tensions: The Fallout of Patriarchy

The White House Break Up: Trump and Elon Musk have been in a public spat over a spending bill, with Trump threatening to cut Musk’s contracts and Musk firing back with Epstein allegations. This messy breakup has been illuminating the cracks in the patriarchy slowly but surely breaking down. If they're going down, they're both making sure they go down together. (Source)

PBS Lawsuit Challenges Trump’s Defunding Order:
PBS joined NPR in suing the Trump administration over an executive order, arguing that it violates First Amendment rights and the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967. This lawsuit shows that independent journalism isn’t just rolling over for the current administration, it’s fighting back to keep public media alive. Because communities need reliable information and independent voices, and even big media organizations are banding together to defend those principles. (Source)

Why This Week Matters

This is matriarchy rising: the shift away from individualism and competition towards collective well-being and community thriving. It’s about finding solutions that actually WORK for everyone, not just the men on top. Instead of climbing over each other, we're building systems that consider everyone’s needs. Collaboration replaces power-hoarding, and communities are investing in each other rather than creating competition. We’re seeing a movement that lifts people up and ensures no one is left behind, especially those who’ve been silenced or overlooked for too long. This is how real change happens.

How will you shift this week?

The Founder: Tamara Rose

Tamara Rose is a visionary leader in feminine business transformation who has walked the path from masculine burnout to divine feminine leadership. Her own journey of awakening to feminine power within a masculine business world uniquely qualifies her to guide others through this sacred transformation.

After years of operating in the patriarchal business model—experiencing burnout, health challenges including Graves Disease, and financial struggle, Tamara discovered that true success comes not from pushing harder but from leading from her divine feminine capacities. By reclaiming her feminine essence, she healed her thyroid completely (defying medical expectations), transformed $80,000 of debt into a 7-figure business, and created a life of abundance without sacrifice.

With over 15 years and 20,000+ hours guiding overworked women, Tamara has developed The Sacred Success Code—a proven approach that identifies the generations of patriarchal conditioning, awakens your intuition, and activates your authentic feminine power. Her work isn't about superficial mindset shifts or traditional business strategy—it's about fundamentally transforming your relationship with your self and your success.

Her approach honors both your strategic brilliance and your feminine essence. When you work with her, you enter a new paradigm where hustle is unapologetically replaced by flow, where success and sacred divinity coexist in perfect harmony.
