Terms of Use, Refunds and Disclaimers

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms apply to thebeyondhumanmethod.com and to the sessions, courses, programs and community offered by The Beyond Human Method Inc, a Colorado corporation ("we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to them. Programs with a signed enrollment agreement are also governed by that agreement, which controls if the two differ.

Not medical or mental health care

Our work is education, coaching and energy work. It isn't medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, and it isn't a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Don't stop or change any treatment or medication without speaking to your provider. If you're in crisis, contact emergency services or call or text 988 in the US.

Results

The client stories on this site are real and shared with permission. They reflect individual experiences and aren't typical or guaranteed; your results depend on your own commitment, choices and circumstances.

Purchases and payments

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed by our providers, such as Stripe and Circle. If you choose a payment plan or a deposit, you agree to pay the full amount on the schedule you accepted.

Refunds

Energetic Alignment Audit

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Once the session has taken place, the $497 fee is non-refundable, and it remains credited in full toward Divine Self Mastery or private work.

Self-paced courses

Rise of the Divine includes a 7-day money-back guarantee: if it isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Other self-paced courses are refundable as stated on their sales page.

Divine Self Mastery and private work

Refunds and the program guarantee are governed by your signed enrollment agreement.

Your use of our content

All teachings, recordings, workbooks, meditations and materials are owned by The Beyond Human Method Inc and licensed to you for personal use only. Please don't share logins, record sessions yourself, or copy, resell or teach our materials without written permission.

Community guidelines

Our community is built on respect and confidentiality. What others share stays in the community. We may remove anyone who harasses, sells to or shares the private information of other members.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
