Session content and confidentiality
What you share in sessions, intake forms and reflections is treated as confidential. Sessions may be recorded so you can revisit them; recordings are shared with you and stored securely. We'll never use your story, name or likeness publicly without your written permission.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to make the site work and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand which pages are helpful. Analytics data is aggregated and doesn't identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy commitments: scheduling (Calendly), video (Zoom), community and courses (Circle), email (Mailchimp), payments (Stripe), contracts (DocuSign), forms (Tally) and analytics (Google). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you're a client or subscriber, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Email connect@thebeyondhumanmethod.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
