You have one primary pattern underneath all the others. It shows up in your money, your relationships and the way you express yourself, and once you hear how it works, you can't unhear it.

What you'll hear

Tamara starts from a simple premise: there's nothing wrong with you. Strip away the limitations and what's left is a high-vibrational being who can create anything. What gets in the way is the pattern, the one belief system everything else traces back to, and if you uprooted it, your whole life would change.

Most people who find this work have been on their growth journey for years. They've been trimming branches: mindset work, healing work, insight after insight. The branches keep growing back. This episode is about going to the root instead.

Where a primary pattern comes from

About 90% of it comes from your mom or your primary caretaker, because that's who you learned to survive from. It's also shaped by the world you were born into: money, religion, geography, gender and race all influence what your pattern becomes. And then there's what Tamara calls your blueprint, the experiences you came here to have.

How to spot yours

Look at your reality instead of your intentions. If "not enough" keeps showing up, in money, in time, in the partner who never quite does enough, the pattern is probably still in your field, even if you're sure you've worked through it. The people you attract are a clue too, because like attracts like.

Tamara also explains why people say "I've done the work on that, I feel good enough now" while their reality stays the same: the work happened in the head, and the pattern lives in the subconscious, in feelings and energy that haven't been cleared yet.

Patterns in everyday life

A pattern can choose your profession and decide how you react when someone cuts you off in traffic. Tamara tells a story about a driver who wanted to "teach that person a lesson," and about her own years of railing on people for showing up two minutes late, and what changed when she saw the pattern underneath.
